I recommend as close to the big event as you can, however, if you require the images to be displayed at a party or you would like to share them on their birthday, I highly recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance. This time allows for editing turn around, and also in case any illness arises and we need to reschedule.

I have a curated selection of outfits in the 6–12 month size range ready for you to use, but you’re more than welcome to bring your own if you have something in mind. Just a heads-up — because things can get a bit messy during the cake smash, I don’t recommend bringing anything sentimental or delicate, just in case it gets stained or damaged.

We kindly request that only immediate family members, inclusive of partners and siblings, attend the session. But please keep in mind these sessions are for the birthday person only!

Around one week after your session, you’ll receive an online proofing gallery where you can choose your favourite images for your digital collection.

Once you’ve made your selections and sent them through, I’ll carefully edit your chosen images — with your final gallery delivered within 2 to 3 weeks.
