When is the best time to photograph my baby?
The perfect time to capture your baby’s moments is really anytime! However, for these particular milestone sessions, it’s best when your baby is capable of sitting up on their own with confidence but not yet walking. This time frame usually falls between 6-9 months but every child develops at their own pace.
WHAT IF MY BABY IS UNABLE TO SIT UP YET?
No need to worry! We can schedule your session for a later date. I always keep plenty of slots open for milestone sessions, and rescheduling is a breeze if your little one needs a bit more time.
DO WE NEED TO PROVIDE OUR OWN OUTFITS FOR OUR CHILD?
I have a selection of outfits designed to fit the 6-12 month size range, but you are also welcome to bring an outfit of your own. If you would like to bring your own, I recommend opting for a neutral and uncomplicated style - e.g avoid any puffs of tulle!
How many family members can attend?
We kindly request that only immediate family members, inclusive of partners and other children, attend the session.
Do you offer payment plans?
I currently provide the option of Afterpay, which enables you to divide your session into for equal fortnightly payments. If you prefer not to use a third-party credit service, I also offer pre-session payment plans for those who schedule their session in advance. Post-session payment plans can also be discussed if needed, however no editing will begin until final payment has been made.
Are you whooping cough vaccinated?
I absolutely am. As I work with children, I get a whooping cough booster every 5 years instead of the recommended 10 years. I am also up to date with all schedule vaccines including 3 covid vaccinations - along with my entire household.
Do we receive the raw/unedited files in addition to the edited images in our chosen package?
I do not provide unedited JPG or raw files, even for an additional fee. I take pride in delivering a comprehensive service, and fully edited images are an integral part of that service.
